These Terms of Service govern the website, browser extension, licensing, and related services provided under the business name PlayMySubs (“PlayMySubs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using PlayMySubs, you agree to these terms.
License and usage
- Premium licenses are intended for the customer who purchased them unless another arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute Premium access keys without permission.
- We may revoke or suspend access for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or clear attempts to bypass licensing.
Service scope
- PlayMySubs depends on third-party platforms, including YouTube page structure and browser extension capabilities, which can change over time.
- We may update features, UI, parsing logic, and activation flows in order to maintain compatibility and product quality.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every browser, every region, or every future upstream platform change.
Billing
- Payments are processed by our payment provider / merchant of record.
- The applicable price, tax, and billing terms are shown at checkout.
- Refunds are governed by the PlayMySubs refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your jurisdiction.
Delivery and activation
- Premium access is delivered through a license key and related activation status.
- License delivery may happen through email, checkout confirmation, or an account/payment workflow connected to the product.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
