Refund policy.
PlayMySubs offers a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases. Refund handling is managed in line with Paddle’s buyer and merchant-of-record processes.
Refund window
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are processed through Paddle’s systems and review flow.
- Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt or contact hello@playmysubs.com and include the email address used for checkout.
- Please include any relevant order details and a short explanation of the issue so the request can be matched to the transaction.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to Paddle’s processing timelines.
Delivery issues
- If you do not receive your license key or cannot activate Premium, contact us first at hello@playmysubs.com so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
- If the issue is not resolved, you may still request a refund within the refund window.
